Q: How long does it take for my order to grace my presence?

A: Please allow 4-5 buisness days to process and ship your item in the US.

Q: How do I return or exchange an item?

A: Easy-peesy. Fill out the 'Return & Exchanges' form found at the bottom of our site and send'er in. We'll take care of everything once we get the item in - including the return shipping. If it is a defective item, do not send it back to us, but rather email us about the issue right away!

Q: How do I track my box of goodness as it treks around?

A: After your order has been processed, you will recieve an email stating your order has been shipped. In that email will include a tracking number that you can use to stalk your items. A 'Tracking' link can also be found at the bottom of our site!
